How to find your inner peace?

We certainly can feel good, on certain days, and perhaps on certain conditions, but achieve the state of inner peace is not a moment, is more than that, is something that is so lasting and good, that can influence all that interacts with you. ​You can feel this inner peace when you are in the presence of it, and also feel the peaceful energy that emanates from it, naturally flows. As we start this journey of enlightenment, we can rely on a certain new way of thinking and process life events, and easily feel better in this new persona, that looks to the world as a newborn, smiling and eagerly showing to others, that life can be pleasant. But we are also interacting with others, that on the major part of the time is in a more week or negative form of energy, and how this can affect you? You can feel angry with people's behavior, annoyed, sad, tired, disappointed, or at least lose your faith in Humanity, sometimes it happened to me LOL. The feeling is not so good and dealing with all the frustration, will sometimes put you down. I have some methods to share with you that will benefit your life, make you a better and calm person. How to achieve your inner peace? ​A positive mental attitude toward inner peace and mental mastery is most helpful.   • Practice meditation Daily

  • Teach your mind to concentrate is not so difficult, and one of the ways you can do it is by starting to observe your thoughts, analyzing what they mean and what is beneficial or not. Then is just a matter of putting the positive thinking mode on, see all with a loving and nurturing heart.

Is gonna take some time, but after 21 days is gonna be a habit. This will be very useful in the way you interact with others, you will become a better problem solver, and you will learn to transmute negative actions, thoughts, in a silent positive change. For example: When you having an argument, you will just silence yourself, changing to a calm and loving state, and mentality picturing the situation solved.

You will have to acquire a certain capacity for dealing with daily life challenges, is not possible to live in this world and don't be affected by it, but the way you answer to his challenges will make the difference, so you need to be strong in you new away of thinking, strengthen your will power, creating a habit to see the best in all situations. Learn emotional detachment is first to accept your responsibility for all that happens, because is your life, and you are the one reacting to it. Second, be capable of stop your " Self ", to make the drama and feelings that people or situations are all against you, and making things to hurt your feelings. We do things that we not always control or be proud of it, but this is just as we are, and nothing more. Know how to let go, is a precious tool, forgive and forget others and yourself, makes life lighter and you will feel amazing. Practice meditation daily​ is the most important step to have inner peace, meditation is the key for you to feel good, in control of your mind, and find that place that is deep on you that connects you with the Universe, strenth you connect with your inner voice and inner self. It will make you feel more connected, calmer, and in your inner peace. When you dominate these stages, you will feel empower and relieved, you will be more understanding, happier, do your interactions with people pleasant and with no dramas in life. Gonna let you this secret weapon, that is the Power Nap. Yes just give yourself time to rest, reboot, and subside any bad energies or feelings. Nap or Snooze during short periods as 30 minutes can be done during day time, and you will feel refreshed. Make yourself happy, doing things that you love and enjoy, if you feel frustrated with something, stop everything and give yourself some Lazy and great moment, believe me during this lazy time, the solution for what you need will appear, as is no resistance, all come to you easily.
